All copyrights to Easy Video Capture are exclusively owned by the author of this software. Anyone may use this software for evaluation purpose. Evaluation version only allows you to check the first 5 tracks to extract, if you wish to remove the limitation, you MUST register. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Easy Video Capture on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered Easy Video Capture software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person received it and agreed to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. The Easy Video Capture unregistered shareware version may be freely distributed provided the whole or any part of the distribution package is not modified or damaged. No person or company can charge a fee for the distribution of Easy Video Capture without the permission from the copyright holder.

EASY VIDEO CAPTURE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Easy Video Capture files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
